Over 10,000 of real estate’s best gathered in the Grand Garden Arena at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the final day of Gen Blue® hosted by Realogy. Realogy Global Exchange (RGX) brought together, for the first time under one roof, brokers and agents from Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial®, Century 21®, Better Homes & Gardens®, ERA® and Cartus®.
Realogy CEO and President, Ryan Schneider, kicked off the morning session with a powerful talk about “owning the future” and that Realogy, as the biggest player in the industry, is the best company to shape the future of real estate. Susan Yannaccone, Regional Executive Vice President for Coldwell Banker NRT, introduced a number of new exciting Realogy partnerships, centered around data and tech, that will allow Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates to be more successful.
Agent X is a real estate voice assistant that gives agents, within the Realogy family of brands, access to their suite of productivity tools. The program, which currently resides on the Amazon Alexa platform, will give users the ability to access their listings, create or lookup calendar appointments as well as provide agents with a daily digest that includes top real estate news. As millions of buyers and sellers adopt voice tech in their homes, there is an opportunity for real estate professionals to sell themselves as the agents who master it.
